About this service
Updated October 2026
Logan Roof Restoration is a local referral service for the City of Logan, QLD. It does one thing: when you need roof restoration work, it puts you in touch with one of the experienced, insured local roofers who works your suburb, from Woodridge and Kingston through to Beenleigh, Jimboomba and Yarrabilba.
How it works
You send the quote form with your suburb and what you need. Your details go to a local roofer who services your area, and they call you back with a price. Quotes are free, there is no obligation, and you deal with them directly from there.
Licensing in Queensland, plainly
In Queensland, building work valued over $3,300 generally requires a QBCC licensed contractor, and most full roof restorations sit well over that line. Ask for the licence number on the quote and check it on the QBCC register before you sign anything. Gutter and downpipe work connected to the stormwater drainage is plumbing and drainage work, which is licensed in Queensland at any value rather than only above $3,300, so that side of a job goes to a licensed roof plumber.
Building approval is a separate question from licensing, and it rarely arises on a restoration. Where a job does need approval, the rules sit in the Building Regulation 2021, and Logan City Council and private building certifiers apply them. The QBCC licenses the contractor, it does not grant the approval. Confirm anything of that kind with the council or a private building certifier before work starts.
The fine print, plainly
Logan Roof Restoration is not a trade business and does not carry out the work itself. Jobs are referred to independent local contractors, licensed where the work requires it. Price ranges published on this site are guide figures drawn from general Australian cost guides, not quotes, and the contractor's own written quote is the price that counts.
